I am a lawyer, admitted to the Bar Association of Macerata, Italy, after graduating cum laude from University of Macerata in 1997.
In 2002 I obtained a Ph.D. at the University of Rome “La Sapienza” and the certificate of “Master in European Law” at the University of Macerata, where I cooperate among the Department of Commercial Law and IP Law.
My expertise is in the area of the Intellectual Property Law, with particular reference to copyright, licensing and trademarks, International Contracts, Corporate Law and IT Law.
I assist and represent Editors, Entrepreneurs, above all in the area of software and entertainment, as well as Authors and other owners of Intellectual Property rights in all the matters related to IP Law, both in the phase of contract negotiation, drafting and closing, and in the phase of pre-litigation and litigation.
Since 2004 I’m partner at Fraticelli Gradozzi Nardi Law Firm (www.fgnlex.eu), I’m member of AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property) and Professional Representative of OHIM (Organization for the Harmonization of the Internal Market, agency responsible for registering EU Trademarks and Designs).
